Resumen
Resumen: La Iglesia española del Antiguo Régimen, sobre todo el clero secular, nunca perdió de vista sus lazos familiares. Por un lado, la familia era fundamental para acceder al estamento eclesiástico dado la importancia de las capellanías, y para ascender a muchos beneficios. Por otro, los clérigos siempre apoyaron y promovieron en la medida de sus posibilidades a los miembros de su parentela.
Summary: Spanish Church in Early Modern Times, specially secular clergy, always kept its familiar relations. Family was very important for getting the clerical condition (capellanías had a great importance) and for getting many ecclesiastical benefices. So, clergy always promoted their family as much as possible.
